Martínez de Quel
prevails in the International Trophy of La Rioja
Oscar Martínez de Quel was victory in the second International Trophy Government of La Rioja Karate. Martinez, who competed in the under 84 kilos, was the most prominent English karateka, with Fernando Moreno . The latter came to the appointment, a week after the proclamation for the first time absolute champion Spain in its weight and also won in Logroño the rest of their rivals.
