Where the applicant or co-applicants hold rights to housing as a result of the liquidation of a marriage or concubinage, separation of property in case of divorce or inheritance law having acquired rights as co-applicants or credit.

Fund Prices:

To be the subject of a housing loan, applicants must be active contributors and fund solvent, with a minimum of 12 months' contributions, consecutive or not, when you submit your order.

Mortgage Previous:

have not received over the past 5 years, mortgage resources governed by the laws on housing and habitat.

Warranty Documentation (Property to buy):
